The “people’s realtor”…. a better way to describe Joe is, “your partner in the real estate” business.. if I’m being honest, I kind of hate giving part of my hard work in the form of commission to an outside party. As a seller, you know you have to mark up your property (or eat into profits). As a buyer, you know that your offer’s acceptance is highly dependent upon the commission paid to agents.

Joe has been the only realtor I’ve known to ensure he is partnering WITH you on the sale or purchase. That’s a big deal. Because when a realtor comes rolling up in a range rover, you know that their success has come at the expense of potential savings in your real estate transaction. Just being honest. A home is the biggest investment someone can make, and Joe gets that.

As someone who has engaged Joe in over $3m of real estate transactions, I can tell you that Joe works WITH you. He makes things right. I honestly feel that Joe works to make you comfortable. And that is why I have personally referred him to everyone I know looking to buy or sale.

Also, I’m still a big advocate for saving $$. I’ve bought and sold property without a realtor. It’s not fun, and not easy. I’ve also called Joe in to bail me out when I’ve had something sitting too long, and he got it sold within a month.

I don’t think you’re gonna get a more honest review than this one, and that’s why Joe is in my contact list for when I need him!

Joe has become one of the most dependable professionals I know. We solicit many professional services and often it’s difficult to even find someone dependable and dedicated to their work.
He’s always timely to showings and in response to my many inquiries, and he is always knowledgeable regarding aspects we haven’t considered or been aware of. Our recent real estate search has been long and exhaustive with significant limitations but he has been exceptionally transparent in his guidance and has saved us from more than one problematic scenario or making a poor decision in haste. I recommend him to everyone I know because the fast paced exchanges and excess of information can be overwhelming. While you may be tempted to try to save some money and forego the services of a professional realtor- we have learned the risks of uninformed decisions in real estate transactions are vast and can be incredibly costly in the long run.
